1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DigiKalvi School ERP, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts

Schools control account creation and access
Users must keep their login confidential
Sharing login credentials is prohibited

3. Allowed Usage

Use DigiKalvi only for school-related activities
Do not reverse engineer or modify the system
Do not misuse data or violate privacy

4. School Responsibilities

Providing valid student and staff data
Managing user roles and permissions
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements

5. Payments (if applicable)

Subscription fees must be paid as per the agreement with DigiKalvi. Fees are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

6. Data Ownership

Schools own all uploaded data. DigiKalvi only processes data on behalf of the school.

7. Limitation of Liability

DigiKalvi is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts for misuse or non-payment.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law.
